Affiliate and Influencer Marketing Specialist

Position Overview:

As a Temporary Contractor for the Affiliate and Influencer Marketing Specialist role, you will play a key role in supporting our affiliate and influencer programs. Your responsibilities will encompass recruitment, onboarding, campaign management, and maintaining strong relationships with our partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Management:

  • Review and evaluate affiliate applications to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and manage a seamless onboarding process for new partners, providing training and resources.
  • Identify and recruit potential affiliates through various channels, including networks and direct outreach.

Email Communication:

  • Respond promptly to affiliate inquiries, addressing questions and concerns effectively.
  • Provide timely support to enhance the affiliate experience.

Influencer Management:

  • Collaborate with senior team members to identify and shortlist potential influencers.
  • Manage initial communications with influencers regarding collaboration opportunities.
  • Assist in negotiating terms and agreements with influencers.

Campaign Management:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including timelines and goals.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content and promotional materials.
  • Manage the gifting process, including address collection and product selection.
  • Track influencer content and campaign progress, ensuring timely deliverables.
  • Oversee commission accuracy for affiliates and influencers.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work with the manager to engage affiliates and influencers, promoting Vimergy content and updates.

Influencer Management:

  • Collaborate with senior team members to identify and shortlist potential influencers.
  • Manage initial communications with influencers regarding collaboration opportunities.
  • Assist in negotiating terms and agreements with influencers.

Content Coordination:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in affiliate and influencer activities.
  • Review and approve influencer content to align with brand standards.
  • Provide constructive feedback to optimize content.

Reporting and Insights:

  • Compile regular performance reports to highlight key metrics and outcomes.
  • Assist in preparing data for quarterly business reviews.
  • Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in affiliate or influencer marketing is preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools.
