Position Description


Innodata is seeking an innovative, proactive, and enthusiastic Campaign Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and measure highly effective B2B digital advertising campaigns across the full marketing funnel for Innodata’s full suite of products and services. 


The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing multi-channel paid media campaigns, optimizing paid and organic channels, and interpreting data to drive insights. This role will be responsible for achieving incremental growth of qualified marketing generated leads within our demand generation functions, reporting to Innodata’s Director of Demand Generation. 


The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and analytical skills and an exceptional ability to pull and interpret data to effectively communicate insights and findings. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  

  • Develop and execute paid media campaign strategies across various channels, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Display, and emerging platforms. 
  • Collaborate with web, design, and content teams to create compelling landing pages, ad content, and image/video ads. 
  • Manage marketing strategies to drive qualified leads and online traffic using paid search, social ads, display ads, retargeting ads, etc. 
  • Drive web traffic to generate new leads and nurture existing leads towards conversion.  
  • Analyze and report on ad performance data to identify trends, launch experiments, and generate learnings. 
  • Execute advanced ad strategies including audience segmentation, keywords, bidding strategies, geo-targeting, etc.  
  • Craft and optimize landing pages for demand generation channels on WordPress. 
  • Work with team members to assist on additional marketing projects such as event planning, website updates, email campaigns, social media, reporting, and operations as needed in relation to demand generation. 
  • Monitor, optimize, and ensure the quality of ad campaigns daily. 
  • Collaborate with MarTech owners to integrate and track campaigns and ROI effectively. 
  • Utilize campaign performance insights to inform and guide the activation of new ad channels and campaigns. 
  • Assist in campaign planning, budgeting, forecasting, and achieving lead generation goals with the Marketing team. 
  • Generate detailed reports, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns based on results. 

 


Qualifications

 

  • Minimum of 5 years of related digital marketing B2B services experience in paid media, gained from agency, in-house, or both. 
  • B2B experience and a B2B mindset a must. 
  • Hands-on experience in management of PPC, paid social, display, retargeting, and programmatic advertising platforms a must. 
  • Strong understanding of B2B demand generation or performance marketing principles. 
  • Highly analytical with proficiency in Google Analytics or similar reporting tools. 
  • Proven skills in targeting ideal customer profiles (ICPs), driving MQLs, SQLs, and booked meetings. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.  
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to drive day-to-day campaign optimization initiatives autonomously. 
  • A self-driven ability to perform deep research into offerings, customer profiles, and product capabilities and then launch/scale appropriate campaigns based upon that information.  
  • Familiarity using CRMs and MAPs – specifically Pardot Salesforce and Sales Salesforce. 
  • Previous success in driving paid B2B media campaigns for both B2B services and B2B SaaS offerings.  
  • Experience with audience targeting, remarketing, and tracking tools.  
  • Proficiency in landing page creation, ad copywriting, and conversion rate optimization.  
  • Design sensibility – knowledge of design tools a plus.

Education

 

A Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications Degree 

Or

A Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 6 years of related digital marketing B2B services 



Salary Range

 

The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 USD per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
