The Role:

As the Product Owner for our consent and preference solution, you will drive the strategy and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders' needs. You will lead an agile development team, transforming complex ideas into actionable plans within the healthcare sector.


Responsibilities:

  • As a Product Owner, you will be empowered to own the strategy and execution of your product roadmap.
  • Manage a product roadmap that serves internal stakeholders (product lines, internal teams, etc.)
  • Guide your agile development squad as you participate in planning meetings, and provide advice, clarification, and SME support during the execution of each sprint.
  • Deconstruct complex, ambiguous, ambitious ideas into sprint-sized epics and user stories.
  • Develop and maintain relevant product requirements, specs, and documentation.
  • Plan releases and support product improvements.


Must Have’ Experience:

  • 15+years of experience in product-related roles or transferable experience.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Experience working in an Agile environment (enterprise SaaS an asset).
  • Experience and comfort managing data-heavy products.
  • Technical aptitude: experience in business analysis, data management, or analytics is highly preferred.
  • Intermediate SQL skills and advanced documentation skills
  • Able to connect the dots between all sides of the business (engineering, product management, support, stock surveillance services, etc.) as you prioritize effectively and articulate your trade-off decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and project management skills
  • BI, Hadoop, Advanced Analytics, Data Science, Product Backlog Definition, SAFE Agile, Product Roadmap Definition, Database - MS SQL Server.
  • Healthcare experience is mandatory to qualify for the role.
