We are committed to delivering exceptional value to our clients and are looking for a proactive and meticulous Business Development Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is crucial in supporting our sales and marketing efforts by maintaining accurate data, monitoring industry trends, and extracting actionable insights from our Account Based Marketing (ABM) program. 


Key Responsibilities: 


  • CRM Management: Maintain pristine records within the CRM system, HubSpot. Ensure all customer and prospect data is accurately captured, regularly updated, and cleanly organized. This includes maintaining data integrity and overall integration of CRM with digital communications and website as needed. 
  • Data Monitoring and Updates: Keep a close eye on industry developments and changes within prospective companies. Update contact lists and company details as soon as new information becomes available to ensure our sales team can rely on the most current data. This includes monitoring and documenting changes in contact details at prospective companies within HubSpot. 
  • Insight Mining: Leverage data from programs to identify which prospects are showing increased interest in our services. Analyze trends and behaviors to provide the sales team with actionable intelligence, helping them to prioritize and tailor their outreach efforts. 
  • Reporting and Communication: Generate regular reports detailing findings from the CRM and ABM analyses. Communicate these insights in a clear and actionable manner to the sales team and senior management. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize the effectiveness of sales initiatives based on data-driven insights. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek to improve data management practices and insight generation processes to enhance the sales team’s effectiveness. 


Qualifications: 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field. 
  • Proven experience in data management, CRM administration, or a similar role. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
  • Experience in detail-oriented project management.  
  • Experience in Quality Control and Job Oversight. 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Understanding of Account Based Marketing is a nice to have.
