My client are a leading firm based in the heart of New York City, specializing in Architectural and Engineering solutions, my clients mission is to deliver top-tier projects that redefine the skyline and infrastructure of NYC, all while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. They are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Executive with extensive experience in managing large-scale projects within New York City. The ideal candidate must have a robust background in Financial Institution Strategic Planning (FISP) and hold a Qualified Exterior Wall Inspector (QEWI) certification. This role demands a strategic leader capable of overseeing complex projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with city regulations and industry standards.

Essential Role Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee internal project meetings, including kick-off, milestone, and closeout sessions, to enhance communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Accurately record field measurements and perform necessary calculations throughout the project’s duration.
  • Draft professional correspondence with clients and contractors, ensuring clear and consistent communication during the entire project lifecycle.
  • Perform on-site inspections, documenting current conditions, conducting field tests, taking photographs, and making hand-drawn sketches. Monitor ongoing work to ensure it aligns with project specifications.
  • Lead and manage high-profile projects in New York City, ensuring all phases are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Develop and implement project strategies in accordance with FISP guidelines, focusing on compliance, safety, and quality.
  • Utilize QEWI qualifications to conduct thorough exterior wall inspections, assessments, and reports, ensuring adherence to NYC's Local Law 11 and other relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies, to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and present detailed project plans, budgets, schedules, and progress reports to senior management and clients.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid project delays and ensure safety standards.
  • Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and professional growth.


Required Qualifications, Skill & Certifications:

  • Extensive experience as a Senior Project Executive or in a similar role, with a focus on projects in New York City.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale projects in NYC, particularly those involving exterior facade work and compliance with local regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to project challenges.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of FISP and QEWI certification is REQUIRED.
  • Need to be a Licensed Engineer or Architect, a certified QEWI and have in-depth knowledge of FISP
