Job Title:
Clinical Care Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at LanceSoft. As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing holistic patient care to our community with support, guidance, collaboration, and a focus on delivering high-quality care that meets the needs of our patients, their families, and our communities.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients.
Administer immunizations and injections, and provide evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education.
Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection services, assess patients during intake, take vital signs, and perform diagnostic tests such as EKG and Retinopathy screening.
Perform Point of Care testing, including COVID testing, and assist with wait room management and other responsibilities to enhance the patient experience.
Order equipment and prepare the clinic for the best patient experience, and help meet our mission to help people on their path to better health by providing excellent patient-focused connections and activities.

Requirements:
Minimum of one-year related work experience in a healthcare setting.
Experience documenting within an Electronic Medical Record.
Ability to take vital signs, perform phlebotomy blood draws, and perform Point of Care Testing.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
Pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
Phlebotomy Certificate or phlebotomy experience preferred. If not experienced, must successfully complete internal phlebotomy training.
Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room.
