Position Summary: The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the budgeting and forecasting processes, managing cash forecasting and cash flow analysis, and driving process improvements in KPI reporting. This role does not have any direct reports but will require strong collaboration with various departments and stakeholders to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:
    • Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with company objectives and strategies.
    • Develop and maintain financial models to support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
    • Analyze variances between actual results and budgeted/forecasted amounts, providing insights and recommendations to management.
  • Cash Forecasting and Cash Flow Analysis:
    • Manage the cash forecasting process, ensuring accurate and timely projections.
    • Conduct detailed cash flow analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow and liquidity management.
  • KPI Reporting and Process Improvement:
    • Enhance and streamline the company's KPI reporting processes.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators and develop meaningful reports.
    • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Financial Analysis and Support:
    • Provide financial analysis and support for strategic initiatives and decision-making.
    • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
    • Assist in the preparation of board presentations and other ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, preferably within a private equity-backed company.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience with cash forecasting and cash flow analysis.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
