- Manage the cash forecasting process, ensuring accurate and timely projections.
- Conduct detailed cash flow analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow and liquidity management.
- KPI Reporting and Process Improvement:
- Enhance and streamline the company's KPI reporting processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators and develop meaningful reports.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Financial Analysis and Support:
- Provide financial analysis and support for strategic initiatives and decision-making.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of board presentations and other ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, preferably within a private equity-backed company.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience with cash forecasting and cash flow analysis.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
