JOB SUMMARY FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:


  • Performs various administrative office functions for Asset Management, West Palm Beach, FL. Monitor the primary phone line, pay select office invoices, retrieve and distribute mail, and liaise with building management and onsite vendors when applicable. Must have good communication & organizational skills. Experience in file management (disposal and retention) and minor project coordination are preferred.
  • Hourly Rate Range: $18-$20



RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:


  • Coordinating vendor visits (i.e., ad-hoc cleaning),
  • Office supply requests (i.e., coffee, paper, etc.),
  • Bill Pay (i.e., Annual Local & State business Tax, Cable)
  • Mail - Retrieval & Distribution
  • Special Project Work - Gather and itemize documents within the office and assist in Retention or Purging methods



REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:


  • Office Admin experience
  • Coordinating with vendor visits



SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Onsite Monday-Friday 8am-12pm EST
