Customer Service Representative II (On-Site, Contract)
Location: Deer Park, IL
Pay Rate: $27/hour | Weekly Pay | Full Benefits
Contract Length: 3 Months (Potential for Permanent Full-Time)
Must Haves: CRM familiarity (Salesforce preferred), Order Entry, ERP Systems familiarity (SAP preferred)
We’re recruiting for a Customer Service II role with a leading company in the healthcare industry, located in Deer Park, IL. This is a full-time, on-site contract position for 3 months, with the possibility to transition into a permanent role at the end of the contract.
Why This Role?
- $27 per hour, guaranteed 40 hours per week
- Weekly pay—get paid every week
- Benefits available during the contract period
- On-site role: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
- Work with a respected company in the healthcare diagnostics industry
What You'll Be Doing:
- Handle inbound customer service inquiries and process orders via phone, email, and other channels
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Ensure timely order fulfillment from entry to delivery
- Assist with customer requests such as price discrepancies, complaints, and follow-up
Who We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of customer service experience, especially in similar roles requiring order entry and phone support
- Comfortable working on-site in Deer Park, IL (no remote or hybrid option)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
- Prior experience with SAP or similar software is a plus, but not required
- Looking for someone with great problem-solving skills and attention to detail
