Sales Business Development - Pave the Way to Growth and Success

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients and market segments to target
  • Generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking
  • Qualify and evaluate leads to determine their potential as business opportunities
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition to potential clients
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects, addressing their inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and key performance indicators
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Assist in the development of sales collateral, proposals, and contracts


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus
