The Head of Marketing will play a key role in the continued success and accelerated growth for the organization.


The Head of Marketing oversees the operational brand strategy and demand generation function for residential communities, driving quality traffic. Your mission is to devise and execute innovative strategies that include digital marketing, website optimization, social media engagement, Google presence and reputation management to drive community-level demand and overall brand awareness in target markets. This is a senior role reporting to the Managing Partner. The #1 objective of this role is to drive qualified traffic to our apartment communities.


Essential Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote apartment communities and attract prospective tenants.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics and tools to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including website content, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media presence and marketing and email/text campaigns.
  • Research, define, monitor and where appropriate implement emerging technologies in apartment marketing to ensure demand generation is best-in-class.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, such as ILS advertisers, prop tech partners, designers and printers.
  • Report monthly, quarterly, and annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as well as reporting that will determine the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.
  • Develop and manage property level marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve goals.
  • Regularly meet with the onsite property management teams to assist in the conceptualization and execution of local marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to branding guidelines across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Coordinate and project manage the development of community-specific digital assets and collateral materials, communication pieces, promotional materials, presentations, websites, reporting and training materials for an assigned portfolio of communities.

  • Social media expertise with the ability and experience necessary to proactively evaluate new social media tools, platforms, and performance analytics.
  • Experience in reputation management and the development of a strong level Google presence.
  • Creative ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
