Internal Communications: Prepare internal newsletters and updates, and assist in organizing internal events or team-building activities. 8. Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Marketing and other team members to align marketing strategies with overall company goals. 9. Product Marketing: Assist in the launch of new products or services, create product collateral, and coordinate with the product development team. 10. Learning and Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, participate in training opportunities, and share insights with the team. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Experience: Up to 2 years of experience in a marketing role, internship, or relevant project work. Fresh graduates with relevant coursework or volunteer experience are welcome to apply. Skills: Content Creation: Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various platforms. Design: This is a key part of the role. While you do not have to be an Adobe Creative Studio expert (although this would be a plus), a proficiency in design tools such as Canva is necessary. We attend a lot of conferences and are looking for a highly-organized individual that can assist in the logistics. Experience or interest in planning and executing events, webinars, or trade shows is a must. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze marketing metrics and provide insights for campaign optimization. Attributes: Creativity: A creative thinker with an eye for design and detail. Adaptability: Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage tasks without requiring micro-management . Quick Learner: Eager to learn new skills and stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
