Assistant Account Executive

Overview

We're looking for an Assistant Account Executive to join our dynamic team You'll assist in managing a variety of agency accounts across different industries, gaining valuable experience and making a real impact. Responsibilities

  • Support Senior Executives: Assist Senior Account Executives with assignments from start to finish.
  • Project Management: Learn to develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and status reports.
  • Time Management: Master the art of juggling multiple tasks for different clients simultaneously.
  • Proactive Approach: Ensure that all team members and client projects move forward in a timely and organized manner.
  • Initiate Work Orders: Create detailed project work orders with clear action steps and reasonable time frames for execution.
  • Accuracy and Tracking: Ensure accuracy and input within project management software to track and manage jobs.
  • Client Updates: Assist in preparing weekly or biweekly status updates for clients.
  • Meeting Notes: Take comprehensive meeting notes and accurately articulate next steps.
  • Media Trafficking: Assist with media trafficking, paying close attention to creative variations, specifications, and due dates.
  • Industry Insights: Contribute to agency informational needs, including industry trend updates, competitive reviews, and presentations.
  • Build Client Trust: Help build client trust through clear communication, a positive attitude, and understanding their needs.
  • Effective Management: Keep your supervisor informed by effectively managing up.

Requirements

  • Experience: Two years of agency experience.
  • Media Trafficking: Media trafficking experience is a plus.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing tactics.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous with a strong eye for accuracy.
  • Proactive and Resourceful: A proactive attitude and resourcefulness are essential.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Professionalism: Demonstrate professionalism and respect for all team members while upholding agency values.
