Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Support:
    • Deliver continuous support to existing dealers and clients through site visits, phone, and email communication to enhance and develop customer/vendor relationships. Conduct training sessions at dealer locations for new staff. Maintaining these connections is essential for the company's reputation and long-term success.
  2. Account Oversight:
    • Oversee major accounts, ensuring prompt and efficient processing of all orders. Participation in vendor events to showcase the company's products is vital for sustaining visibility and reinforcing brand value among these significant accounts.
  3. Market Development:
    • Work alongside the management team and the Director of Sales to enhance dealer and OEM market presence. This role directly supports the company's strategic growth initiatives, particularly following recent expansions driven by private equity investment.
  4. Event Management:
    • Organize the company's exhibits at selected boat shows in both domestic and international markets. Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales to ensure effective booth setup and staff scheduling. Efficient coordination at these events is crucial for maximizing the company's impact and generating new leads.
  5. Industry Participation:
    • Attend marine industry networking events, boat shows, and owner gatherings as necessary to represent the company's brand and offerings. Active participation in these events is key to maintaining the company's leadership position in the marine sector, particularly in the superyacht market.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Sales & Product Expertise:
    • Proven experience in sales and product management, with the ability to effectively prioritize job responsibilities. This is essential for managing the company's specialized product lines and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  2. Sales Operations:
    • Experience in sales operations, including order processing, quality assurance, and customer service, is critical for upholding the company's high operational standards.
  3. Technical Proficiency:
    • Competence in Microsoft Office software is required. Previous experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting systems is preferred, with the ability to learn quickly if necessary.
  4. Multitasking Skills:
