Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a similar role involving accounts receivable management and project management
  • Demonstrated expertise in handling accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, tracking, and collections
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven leadership skills, able to motivate and guide a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools
  • Ability to analyze financial data and generate meaningful reports
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
