What you will do

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a critical role in driving our sales efforts by prospecting for new customers and setting appointments for our Business Development Representatives. This position requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual who is comfortable using various communication channels, including phone, LinkedIn, and email to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.


Key Responsibilities

· Prospect for new business opportunities through a combination of phone calls, LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns.

· Identify and qualify potential customers based on their needs and our service offerings.

· Set appointments and schedule meetings for Senior Account Executives to further discuss potential partnerships and solutions.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies and campaigns.

· Stay informed about industry trends and developments to effectively position our products and services to potential customers.

· Participate in regular training and development sessions to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
