1WorldSync ist mit rund 600 Mitarbeitern in den USA, Brasilien, Kanada, Frankreich, Deutschland, Portugal, der Schweiz und Großbritannien der Branchenführer im Bereich Produkt-Content-Management. Der Sales Development Representative ist im direkten Austausch mit unserem Vertriebsteam und spielt dabei eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Sicherung neuer Kundentermine vorrangig auf dem DACH Markt.

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben als Sales Development Representative bei 1WorldSync:

  • Identifizierung und Qualifizierung von potenziellen Neukunden im B2B-Bereich
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Entscheidungsträgern und Influencern in Unternehmen
  • Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Identifikation neuer Business Opportunitäten
  • Erstellung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Lead-Generierung und -Qualifizierung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebs- und Marketing-Team zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kampagnen
  • Verwaltung von Kundendaten, Pflege und Nachverfolgung von Verkaufsaktivitäten im CRM-System
  • Durchführung von Kaltakquise und Follow-up-Anrufen zur Terminvereinbarung und Angebotserstellung
  • Teilnahme an Messen, Konferenzen und Networking-Veranstaltungen zur Erhöhung der Markenbekanntheit und Gewinnung neuer Leads
Qualifikation

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen:

  • Bachelor-Abschluss oder gleichwertige Erfahrung
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten

Gewünschte Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen:

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im SaaS-Umfeld
  • Analytisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, Marktdaten zu interpretieren und Strategien abzuleiten
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Bereich der Kaltakquise und Lead-Generierung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen
  • Zielorientierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
