Position Overview: We are looking for the best of the best to fill this crucial role. The ideal candidate is driven, highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about working with people. With a friendly demeanor and a can-do attitude, you will support our team by ensuring smooth transaction processes and assisting Kyle with executive tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Coordination:

  • Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close.
  • Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, agents, lenders, inspectors, and other parties to ensure timely and smooth transactions.
  • Track and manage transaction deadlines, ensuring all parties meet necessary milestones.
  • Maintain transaction files and records, both electronically and physically.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and team members on transaction status.

Executive Assistance:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to Kyle, the team leader.
  • Manage Kyle's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with preparation of meetings, including creating agendas and taking minutes.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Support Kyle with various personal and professional tasks as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between Kyle and other team members, clients, and external partners.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Transaction Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with real estate software, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems.
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Real estate experience or knowledge is preferred.
