What you will do:
- Provide analysis of recruiting issues and identify solutions
- Manage the recruitment process for divisions
- Work with managers to understand hiring needs
- Create job requisitions and assist with job postings and advertising
- Identify and implement effective recruiting methods and strategies
- Screen candidates over the phone for the first round of interviews
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or other related field
- 1+ year of recruitment or recruitment-related experience
- Fluent in Spanish
