Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Assurance Specialist at TRK Ring Recruiting, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and manufacturing excellence.

With a strong background in quality assurance, quality control, and quality management, you will be responsible for maintaining quality control processes and systems, implementing new controls and procedures, and optimizing productivity and performance.

You will also be responsible for enforcing quality standards, protecting assets, and completing projects by planning, organizing, and monitoring assignments.

Additionally, you will prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information, and maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team and contribute to our dynamic food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new controls and procedures by coordinating quality activities and analyzing impact on current processing schedules and service levels.
  • Maintain cost-effective production by reviewing corporate output and distributed materials.
  • Optimize productivity and performance by investigating exploitation of infrastructure tools.
  • Enforce quality standards by recommending resolution of outages, developing new procedures and standards, and implementing automated software version control.
  • Protect assets by analyzing vaulting procedures, reviewing disaster recovery procedures, and ensuring compliance with internal revenue service regulations.
  • Complete projects by planning, organizing, and monitoring assignments.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in quality assurance, quality control, and quality management.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, FDA regulations, and other relevant quality standards.
  • Experience with quality audits, manufacturing processes, and quality inspection.
  • Proficiency in using quality systems and analysis tools.
  • Minimum 2-year post-secondary education in a technical field or quality-related program or equivalent work experience; bachelor's degree in a scientific field preferred.
