  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and service providers for property maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
  • Building Operations: Oversee daily operations, including facility inspections, security, maintenance schedules, and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Contract Management: Review and manage service contracts with vendors, ensuring terms are met and performance is satisfactory.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior experience in property management, real estate administration, or facilities management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for tenant and vendor relations.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and maintain accurate records.
