We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Property Administrator based in Boca Raton, Florida. This role is central to the commercial real estate industry, where you will be responsible for managing commercial properties and leases. The position calls for the use of various accounting and CRM systems, as well as adherence to DCAA compliance and budget processes.


Responsibilities:


• Oversee the administration of commercial leases and property management

• Utilize accounting software systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for efficient workflow

• Handle billing functions and manage budget processes for commercial properties

• Utilize software like MRI, OneSite, or Yardi Property Management software for efficient property administration

• Ensure adherence to accounting functions and auditing standards

• Utilize CRM systems for maintaining relationships with clients


• Experience with CRM systems

• Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Experience with Auditing processes

• Ability to perform Billing Functions

• Knowledge of Compliance protocols

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Knowledge of contract administration principles and practices

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
