LHH is searching for a temporary Administrative Assistant to the CEO for one of our manufacturing clients. This contract position will cover an estimated 15 weeks.
SUMMARY
The Admin Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Chef Executive Officer, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with the executive office. You will optimize efficiency by proactively managing schedules, anticipating needs, resolving conflicts, prioritizing tasks, and effectively project managing strategic initiatives on behalf of the CEO. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, discretion, and a high-level of professionalism.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of Admin Assistant experience
- Experience supporting C-suite executives in a manufacturing environment highly preferred.
- Must demonstrate a high level of confidentiality; integrity is paramount.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to take independent action and solve complex problems with limited involvement from others.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent and polished written and verbal communication skills.
