The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the Construction, Design and Development Team.The Administrative Assistant is responsible for maintaining a calm, confidential, positive, and highly efficient workflow.This position directly reports to the VP of Development.
This position would be based at the home office located in Menomonee Falls, WI.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks including answering calls, mailings and deliveries, deliverable and presentation preparation, email correspondence, printing, and coordinating meetings
- Schedule various meetings, including Investment Committee meetings, department meetings, and general contractor and design consultant home office visits
- Assist with the Executive Team's schedule, including managing calendars, booking travel, expense reports, registering for conferences, and coordination of events
- Works closely with the Department Executive to complete research and put together PowerPoints and other presentation materials as requested
- Manage the collective department budget, updating department heads on budget status on a quarterly or as needed basis
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
