Description

Continental Properties is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our development team.

The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the Construction, Design and Development Team. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for maintaining a calm, confidential, positive, and highly efficient workflow. This position directly reports to the VP of Development.

This position would be based at the home office located in Menomonee Falls, WI.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks including answering calls, mailings and deliveries, deliverable and presentation preparation, email correspondence, printing, and coordinating meetings
  • Schedule various meetings, including Investment Committee meetings, department meetings, and general contractor and design consultant home office visits
  • Assist with the Executive Team's schedule, including managing calendars, booking travel, expense reports, registering for conferences, and coordination of events
  • Works closely with the Department Executive to complete research and put together PowerPoints and other presentation materials as requested
  • Manage the collective department budget, updating department heads on budget status on a quarterly or as needed basis

Skills for Success:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
