Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our development team at Continental Properties Company, Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Construction, Design and Development Team, ensuring a calm, confidential, positive, and highly efficient workflow.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring seamless access to information.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Executive Team, including Investment Committee meetings and department meetings.
  • Assist with research and preparation of presentation materials, reports, and other documents as requested.
  • Manage the collective department budget, providing regular updates to department heads on budget status.
Requirements
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
