The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, specifically the Scaled Agile Framework. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive Agile transformation, mentor teams, and ensure the successful delivery of complex projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach medium to large teams of varying complexity.
  • Advise senior IT leaders on defining, planning, and executing agile transformation initiatives at the departmental level.
  • Facilitate and mentor teams in agile ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, PI Planning, System Demos, Scrum of Scrums, Product Owner Sync, and Inspect and Adapt.
  • Drive program and team-level planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining Product Vision and Roadmaps to align execution with business value and departmental plans.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers/Owners and Development Teams to refine, estimate, plan, and execute features and stories in line with Agile Best Practices.
  • Foster continuous improvement in agile teams, programs, and departments through techniques like Inspect & Adapt, Retrospectives, and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Oversee tracking and reporting of agile metrics (e.g., lead time, velocity, defect leakage) to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Agile methodologies, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role.
  • Certified SAFe Agilist (SA) or equivalent certification.
  • Proven experience in leading Agile transformations and working in a SAFe environment.
  • Ability to influence and drive change in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
