Compensation Overview:
The annual base salary range for this position reflects a nationwide market range, encompassing a wide array of salaries for this role across the country.
The actual salary will be influenced by various factors, including the role's scope, complexity, location, and the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees may also qualify for performance-based cash incentive awards.

$89,000 - $146,900.00

What Is the Opportunity?
Travelers is on the lookout for an Agile Project Facilitator to enhance our Agile framework as we evolve and expand.
In this role, you will utilize your expertise to guide Agile methodologies at the team level for multiple teams, manage workflow, creatively address challenges to achieve outcomes, monitor team performance, and identify opportunities for ongoing process enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and instill an Agile mindset and behaviors; mentor and inspire teams on Agile principles, values, and practices while exemplifying Travelers' leadership qualities.
- Lead the implementation of Agile practices for assigned teams, utilizing methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Facilitate the visualization of work, limit work in progress, manage workflow, and guide daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospective meetings.
- Provide updates on team progress during internal reviews and demonstrations.
- Ensure alignment with objectives, KPIs, and commitments; assist Agile teams in delivering required product increments and outcomes.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in backlog prioritization and metric tracking, ensuring a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Identify and implement strategies to enhance team-level Agile performance, focusing on customer value, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate open communication among team members and stakeholders; foster positive team dynamics for effective collaboration.
- Build and maintain effective relationships across teams and within the technical and business communities.
- Assist with PI Planning activities and ceremonies in partnership with Circle Leadership.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What We Seek in Our Ideal Candidate:
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a Scrum Master or similar Agile role, applying Agile principles and practices.
- Programming or development experience is preferred.
- Experience in implementing best practices related to Agile product development is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead teams, earn trust, and encourage improvement in an Agile environment.
