Essential Qualifications:

1) Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer

2) Background in Agile Program Management

3) Comprehensive knowledge in Agile Team Facilitation, encompassing Pre PI-Planning, PI Planning, System Demonstrations, and Inspect & Adapt sessions.

4) Familiarity with various Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Jira Align, and Miro.

Skills Overview:

Mastery of multiple Agile methodologies, including the Scaled Agile Framework, with a demonstrated ability to scale and deliver across teams of differing maturity levels. Experience in navigating and influencing complex organizational structures while fostering strong relationships.
