Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with 4-10 years of sales experience in the CMO/CDMO industry or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals within the industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of industry landscape, trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with presentation software, communication tools, and collaboration platforms.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing tools and business intelligence platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide effective performance feedback.
