Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager at LAGUN ENGINEERING located in Los Angeles, CA. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Account Manager will communicate with clients and internal teams to understand customer needs, identify growth opportunities, and drive sales.


Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction, Account Management, and Customer Service skills
  • Lead Generation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field a plus but not required
  • You must be an all-star. If you are driven to make $200k or more then we should talk.
