Sales Account Manager

Join the OddBytes team We are on the lookout for a dynamic and inventive Digital Publisher Sales Account Manager to spearhead the growth of our publisher network. This role involves managing and nurturing a portfolio of Publisher clients, ensuring they fully leverage our services and platform. The ideal candidate will be a proactive innovator, dedicated to surpassing client expectations and eager to uncover new avenues for bolstering our publisher relationships across the US market.
As the Digital Publisher Sales Account Manager, you’ll team up with senior sales and marketing staff to create client solutions, develop and execute go-to-market sales strategies that result in publisher portfolio growth. You’ll target potential publisher clients and develop relationships in order to acquire new accounts. A successful candidate is self motivated, a natural in connecting with people and is results driven.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and present customized digital publisher solutions to commerce websites, and high traffic web properties
Grow and manage a portfolio of publisher partners
Identify and prospect new clients, maintaining a healthy pipeline of potential leads
Provide feedback and competitive intelligence internally to enhance product and growth
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Execute and achieve sales goals
Additional duties as necessary
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Experience in meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape.
Understanding of digital marketing strategies, CPC/CPA cost models, advertising and publisher platforms, and KPIs associated with Publisher performance evaluation
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Must have ability to work with minimum supervision
Ability to multitask; handle multiple client activities, maintain various account status etc.
Must have proven customer service, problem solving and analytical skills
Must be detail-oriented
A professional telephone manner is essential
Must have proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the Internet
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Base Salary + Commission
