Are you passionate about sales and looking to be part of a dynamic team in Woodland Hills, CA? Legal Soft is expanding, and we're looking for a skilled Account Manager to contribute to our continued success. You can potentially earn $100k (base + commission) in this position

Responsibilities:

  • Sales / Marketing Expertise: Present and sell Legal Soft's products and services to new and existing clients.
  • Prospecting: Identify and contact potential customers to expand our client base.
  • Sales Targets: Work towards achieving agreed-upon sales targets within specified deadlines.
  • Customer Relations: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring excellent client relationships.
  • Sales Material: Create engaging sales materials for client presentations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Sales & Marketing Background: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
  • CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM platforms preferably HubSpot.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build a strong rapport with clients.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
  • Detail-oriented: Deadline and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
