Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef at Crisp Hospitality Group in Winston-Salem, NC. The Executive Chef will oversee the kitchen operations, menu planning, food preparation, and staff management to ensure high-quality dining experiences for guests.


**Employment Type**: Full-time with 10-hour shifts, both day and night.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee food safety and sanitation, including HACCP plans and health inspections.

- Manage kitchen staff (Sous Chefs, Line Cooks, Dish Staff).

- Train and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Supervise food quality and promote sustainable practices.

- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu creation and special events.

- Manage food and labor costs, including inventory and scheduling.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role
  • Strong culinary and creative skills with a passion for food preparation
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of culinary trends, techniques, and kitchen procedures
  • Ability to manage a diverse team and collaborate effectively with other departments
  • Certification from a culinary school or relevant field is preferred
  • Health and safety certifications and compliance knowledge
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
