PURPOSE:

The purpose of a Business Development Manager is to support EZ STAK's sales efforts by acquiring new customers, maintaining existing customer relationships, and executing on the EZ STAK sales process and playbook.


FUNCTIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the infrastructure sector.
  • Conduct market research, generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach, and set up meetings to introduce potential clients to the company’s products and services.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Provide excellent customer service, address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, follow up on sales interactions, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Sales Process Execution:

  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations, develop accurate proposals and quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales transactions.

Sales and Negotiation Skills - Proficiency in selling techniques, negotiation strategies, and closing deals.

Market and Industry Knowledge - Understanding of the infrastructure industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Problem-Solving Abilities - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Organizational and Time Management Skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize activities, and meet deadlines.

Adaptability and Flexibility - Capacity to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and internal processes.

Sales Revenue - Total sales revenue generated by the Sales Associate.

Qualified Quoted Dollars – Budget Authority Need & Time

Meaningful Sales interactions (MSI) – Face to face visits, phone calls.
