Outside Sales Representative

Our client, a leading company in the compressor industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Representative to join their team in Texas. The company is known for its high-quality products and strong customer relationships, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop or advance their career in sales.
Job Description:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our client's business. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. The role requires a proactive approach, with a focus on understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Texas region.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
- Provide technical advice and solutions to customers regarding compressor products.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of compressor products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
Training: Our client is open to candidates who possess a strong technical understanding of compressors but may lack direct sales experience. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you transition into the sales role effectively.
