Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales by building and maintaining relationships with potential clients in the recruiting and staffing industry. You will play a key role in expanding our business by representing our services to companies seeking exceptional talent.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Actively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and utilizing industry contacts.
  • Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of our recruiting and staffing solutions.
  • Lead Management: Prioritize and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion into clients.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in our CRM system, Salesforce.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the recruitment team to match client needs with suitable candidates, ensuring successful placements.
  • Negotiation: Manage contract negotiations to close deals that meet both client needs and company objectives.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on market trends, opportunities, and competitor activities to guide sales strategies.
  • Client Retention: Build long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and offering additional services as their needs evolve.
  • Sales Reporting: Regularly update management on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to support strategic planning.
  • Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and expand the client base.


Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the recruiting or staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of the recruiting and staffing process.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a startup environment.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
