Compensation: $20-$25 per hour, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM, Ontario, CA

Essential Qualifications:

  • Required experience in the automotive industry.
  • Proactive and adept at troubleshooting RollTrac installations.
  • Capable of handling technical queries related to installation, fitment issues, and providing additional tech support (training available).
  • Must comprehend accessory installation and interpret installation manuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster and maintain robust relationships with Automotive Aftermarket and Original Equipment clients.
  • Address customer issues concerning orders, shipping, and other service-related matters.
  • Manage order processing, including purchase orders, warranties, samples, and hardware kits.
  • Engage with customers through phone, email, chat, and other platforms.
  • Work with Quality, Product Development, and Sales teams to meet objectives.
  • Oversee EDI, online retailer, direct-to-consumer, and Amazon orders.
  • Arrange advanced shipping notices and work with shipping clerks to ensure timely dispatch.
  • Quote shipping and product costs.
  • Handle invoicing, order processing, cancellations, and call tag issuance as needed.
  • Track backorder reports and inform customers about their status.
  • Provide technical and installation assistance to customers and end-users.
  • Manage customer stock adjustments and Returned Goods Authorizations (RGAs).
  • Assist other departments with special projects as required.
  • Undertake additional tasks as needed.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, HubSpot, EDI, or other CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to type at least 40 WPM and basic data entry skills are necessary.
  • Prior inside sales experience is an asset.
  • 1 year of customer service experience
