The Bilingual Office Coordinator will manage office activities, support staff, and handle communications in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors and manage phone calls.
- Office Administration: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and vendor relations.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings and events.
- Correspondence Handling: Manage mail, emails, and translations.
- HR Support: Assist HR with onboarding and maintaining employee records.
