Pay: $19-$25, depending on experience Location: 100% Onsite in Santa Barbara, CA Duration: Temp 3-4 months Schedule: Full-time, M-F, 7am-4:30pm Start: ASAP Background check required DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Professionally handle high volume of incoming calls and inquiries. Communicates with customers via phone and email to receive orders for service starts, stops, changes, exchanges, repairs, and payment processing. Addresses complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated personnel. Audits paperwork to ensure that service required was received by the customer. Dispatches as needed to respond to incoming service order, resolve route and service issues. Uses database system to gather and input notes in customer accounts. Performs other duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE: Proven experience in a high-volume Call Center is required. Professional phone and email etiquette. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software.
