Head Property Operations

Description
The Head of Property Operations will manage and oversee a diverse commercial real estate portfolio consisting of office properties located throughout Southern California. The Head of Property Operations guides strategic planning and execution of property operations, ensuring alignment with company/ownership goals and is involved in all aspects of day-to-day operations of the portfolio and overseeing the property management team. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing property management policies and procedures, ensuring the highest levels of performance are maintained by department staff and performance of all properties within the portfolio. As a leader of the company, this individual will also oversee and create an environment of personal accountability for themselves and their team.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 10 plus years of progressive experience in commercial property management with at least 5 years in a leadership role that required strategic leadership and independent decision making.
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing a complex commercial property portfolio in multiple locations.
- Demonstrated ability to drive desired results.
- Demonstrated success working with and managing cross-functional teams, in order to achieve desired results.
- Excellent decision making and analytical skills to effectively evaluate issues and solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to ensure clear and effective delivery of changes, solutions or updates.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team development.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and display effectiveness tool stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business or related field.
- High proficiency in computer software, building systems, building structures, T.I’s and construction.
