Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Property Management to oversee and manage our extensive portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate industry, exceptional leadership abilities, and a track record of driving operational excellence. As the Director of Property Management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize property performance, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships with property owners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive property management strategies to maximize asset value and achieve financial objectives
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of properties, including lease administration, tenant relations, and property inspections
- Manage a team of property managers and maintenance personnel, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
- Collaborate with leasing and marketing teams to attract and retain high-quality tenants
- Conduct regular property assessments to identify maintenance needs and implement effective preventative maintenance programs
- Monitor budgets, financial statements, and reports to ensure properties are operating within established guidelines
- Foster positive relationships with property owners, investors, and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues
- Stay informed about relevant industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in property management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of real estate operations, leasing, maintenance, and financial management
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and codes related to the property management industry
