Conference Services Coordinator

Our client, one of Houston's top 5 international law firms is searching for a Conference Services Attendant to work on-site at their downtown Houston office. They have a transportation/parking allowance and eligibility for benefits and 401(K) on day 1 MUST be tech-savvy. This position is highly visible to all levels of personnel and the firm's clients.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to efficiently managing and coordinating all services for conference spaces, break rooms, pantries, and visiting attorney offices as well as:

-Maintaining conference space, kitchens, break rooms and visiting attorney offices

-Managing inventory of supplies and keep assigned areas stocked

-Ensuring firm equipment (dinnerware, machinery and event supplies) is cleaned, sanitized and organized on a daily basis

-Preparing, executing and closeout of special office, social and business-related events

-Coordinating and executing catering functions associated with internal meetings and events to include breakfast, lunch, receptions and dinner meetings

-Placing food orders with caterers, process food preparation and set up upon delivery, and ensure the return of caterer’s equipment.
