CSP is partnering with a international manufacturing company that is looking for a Regional Sales Manager. This individual will be responsible for driving sales revenue within the gulf territory by developing and managing relationships with distributors and end-users. This role involves creating and executing sales strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and working closely with internal teams to achieve company goals. The Regional Sales Manager reports directly to the President.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed regional sales targets.
  • Identify and establish relationships with new distributors and manage existing partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with inside sales, project teams, and the General Sales Manager to align sales activities with company objectives.
  • Support distributors through ongoing education in sales strategies, target markets, and product offerings.

  • Strong strategic planning and territory management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
