About the Position:


Taalk.ai is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth of our AI-powered call solutions. This role will be pivotal in expanding our reach across multiple industries such as insurance, home services, fintech, and automotive. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying and securing partnerships that drive revenue and enhance our market presence.


Key Responsibilities:


- Forge Strategic Partnerships: Proactively seek out and establish new business relationships that fuel growth and revenue for Taalk.ai, focusing on clients needing scalable AI-driven call solutions.

- Client Acquisition and Onboarding: Successfully close deals and onboard clients with terms that benefit both the client and Taalk.ai, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing satisfaction.

- Grow Existing Accounts: Actively manage and expand relationships with current clients by optimizing call campaign performance, monitoring crucial metrics (e.g., dropped calls, conversion rates), and delivering a high-quality client experience.

- Monitor Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry developments, identify emerging opportunities, and recommend new verticals and markets for Taalk.ai to enter.

- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and technical teams to align on company objectives and drive collective success.

- Stay Informed: Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, industry changes, and competitor activities to refine Taalk.ai's strategy and offerings continuously.


Required Qualifications:


- Experience in the Industry: Extensive background in selling and brokering pay-per-call campaigns.

- Professional Background: At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a comparable role within the affiliate marketing, call solutions, or AI industry.

- Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and manage partnerships that result in sustainable revenue growth.

- Financial Insight: Proven experience in choosing reliable clients who are financially stable and adhere to payment schedules.

- Industry Knowledge: Strong expertise and relationships in verticals such as insurance, financial services, home services, and automotive.

- Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team.

- Travel: Ability to travel to industry events and conferences throughout the year.


Performance Metrics:


- Revenue Expansion: Responsible for driving consistent revenue growth by onboarding new clients and expanding Taalk.ai's market footprint.

- Partnership Success: Measured by the quantity and quality of strategic partnerships developed and their contribution to overall revenue growth.

- Effective Budget Management: Successfully managed budgets efficiently and achieved a strong ROI on marketing expenditures.

- Market Growth: Success will be gauged by successfully penetrating new verticals and achieving revenue targets in those areas.
