Rate: $21-23 per hour

Hours- Normal Business hours


Use cutting-edge visual task boards and the ServiceNow Ticket System.

Participate in dynamic team stand-up meetings to keep the workflow engaging and efficient.


Hands-On Hardware Maintenance:

  • Get hands-on with repairing, testing, imaging, and cleaning a variety of hardware including PCs, laptops, monitors, and printers.
  • Enjoy the satisfaction of bringing devices back to life and ensuring they run smoothly.


Challenging Technical Support:

  • Dive into maintaining, analyzing, and troubleshooting software and peripherals.
  • Set up and configure hardware components, making sure everything is optimized for performance.
  • Efficient Asset Management:


Take charge of managing assets with precision, handling installations, movements, and changes.

Lead large-scale IMAC events for client printer migrations and PC refreshes, showcasing your organizational skills.


Proactive Ticket Follow-Up:

  • Ensure every ticket is followed up with care, providing top-notch support and solutions.
  • Comprehensive Server Maintenance
  • Assist with server installations, configurations, upgrades, and patches.
  • Perform critical backup, recovery, and security procedures, both planned and during emergencies, ensuring system reliability.


Dynamic Network Support:

  • Diagnose and resolve network hardware and performance issues.
  • Engage in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of physical network systems, keeping the network robust and efficient.
  • Customer-Focused Interaction:


Provide exceptional technical support to end users in person, building strong relationships and ensuring user satisfaction.
