Clutch is looking for an Account Director with B2B technology or telecom experience for an agency client of ours.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive client strategies, positioning them as industry leaders.
  • Oversee programs, collaborating with various partners for successful implementation.
  • Craft compelling content, including features, reports, and client briefings.
  • Foster strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and maintaining open communication.
  • Manage account budgets and identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts.
  • Lead project teams, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Mentor and develop staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Stay current on industry trends through market research and participation in key events.


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency, with a strong understanding of B2B, technology, fintech, and/or telecom industries.
  • Recruitment marketing experience required.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful multichannel campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's in Communications, Marketing, or Advertising.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote communications/project management tools.
