IT Director

At Allen Rose Group, we are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our technical support efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the technical support team, which includes responsibility for all system software, hardware, and database administration.

• Establish and administer the overall policies and goals for the information technology department.
• Analyze the needs of different departments and determine ways to meet business objectives by modifying existing or developing new information processing systems.
• Provide technical support relating to technology systems software and hardware, evaluating new technical developments and recommending appropriate actions.
• Manage all division computer resources, including local office and remote plant locations, with a priority of customer service.
• Design and establish procedures and the methodology for the control, security, and integrity of data.
• Develop and manage the annual department budget.
• Plan, monitor, and report to management on data processing resources utilization and requirements.

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in computer programming, information system design, and systems analysis.
• Experience with SAP ERP solutions, including AFS verticalization.
• Desktop system management responsibilities, including account monitoring, security, and OS installation.
• Experience planning and leading IT-related projects.
