Positional Overview


Imagine Staffing is recruiting for an Assistant Clinical Specialist to join our client, a global dental company in Amherst, NY. This Specialist will support the Education and Professional Services department by providing clinical expertise to dental customers in both administrative and operatory activities


Role & Responsibility:

Tasks That Will Lead To Your Success


  • Serve as material expert in the administration of all tasks related to complaint management and troubleshooting including attendance at Complaints Handling meetings within the CCH system.
  • Provide documentation of materials, test methods, and communication within the CCH system.
  • Maintain accuracy according to all FDA.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as mailings, customer communications, evaluations, and task follow-up as related to the complaint management process.
  • Conduct material evaluations as related to compliant handling.
  • Provide internal and external customers with troubleshooting (clinical techniques and materials) as needed.
  • Manage operatory activities by way of scheduling, communicating, and assisting dentists chairside to perform operatory procedures. In addition, ordering and organization of products in the operatory along with necessary literature required (SDS, OSHA, regulation updates).
  • Facilitate marketing and educational assets by coordinating activities in the operatory.
  • Support continuums by managing, ordering, and documenting materials support.
  • Management of donation inventory and fulfilling requests per materials availability.
  • Support departmental activities like KOL visits/events, sunshine, mailing of KOL packages.
  • Assist in the management of KOL platform.

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Dental related degree, certificate or dental assisting experience required.
  • Prior clinical experience desired.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, time management, organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and in a team setting and to follow specific work instructions and procedures.
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office.
